Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories intact; they must be free of stains, damage, or signs of wear caused by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items: custom-made party supplies, pre-inflated balloons, and opened confetti packages
Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Process

  • Contact customer service via email or phone to request a return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • We will inspect the returned package within 1–2 business days of receipt.
    Upon successful inspection, we will arrange the refund or exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We will cover all return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect shipment, product defect, missing accessories).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the payment platform's processing speed. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the actual price of the item(s).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If the party supplies you receive are broken, damaged, or defective, Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

7. Exchange Service

We support exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a different style or specification, please check stock availability with customer service beforehand. Any price difference must be settled (paid or refunded) accordingly.
