All online orders must be fully paid and confirmed before processing and shipment. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

You will receive an official order confirmation email immediately after the system successfully verifies your payment.

4. Payment Failures and Delays

If a payment fails, please check your card balance, payment limits, or internet connection, and then retry the transaction.

Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

If you encounter any unexplained payment issues, please contact our customer service team during business hours.

5. Fees

We do not charge any hidden service fees or additional processing fees.

Any related costs, such as bank processing fees or installment interest, are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with California state regulations, we do not charge additional surcharges for credit card payments.

6. Refund Policy

Once a refund request is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment account within 3–7 business days.

The actual time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider's processing speed and is beyond our control.

For partial order refunds, the amount refunded will be calculated based on the actual price of the items.

7. Security Statement

We do not store your full card number, CVV code, or other sensitive payment data. All payment operations adhere to international cybersecurity standards to ensure every transaction is safe and secure.

8. Policy Updates
